Have you ever wondered ‘Who’ actually helps when we need Spiritual Guidance, or help in our daily lives? This workshop is designed to help you discover who your Spiritual Guides are; and to teach you how to ask for help through the process of guided meditations using music and the voice. Through the quietening of the mind, our guides are able to come forward and introduce themselves, with their help our lives can become more fulfilled and enriched.
